A Lancashire mobile hair stylist has added a novel twist to her business — she’s based in a 1950s’-themed caravan.
Sarah Astbury got the idea after her partner mentioned visiting a caravan-based barber. One successful eBay auction and a complete interior refit later, and Leyland’s Rolling Barbers was born.
The 1950s’ decor includes a black and white floor and a jukebox. Sarah said: “A lot of people have said I am brave to do it. When I went to Tatton Park everyone was saying what a great idea. How often can you have your hair cut in a caravan? Its a novelty.”
