We're just back from the Motorhome & Caravan Show and while I was there, I got a little fascinated with the range (and indeed in some cases, lack) of upholstery available when you buy a new van.

Above are a few examples I snapped of the type of fabrics you'll find in a new van today. When talking to manufacturers at the show, they told me that fabric definitely causes a bit of friction.

There are those who swear Brit buyers won't be tempted away from their prized patterns whereas it seems new caravanners prefer the plainer, more European approach.
