Tell us about your tourer! It's quick and easy to have your say in Practical Caravan’s Owner Satisfaction Survey – help fellow enthusiasts buy better

Choosing your next home-from-home is a big decision. Next time you're browsing the caravans for sale pages, wondering which brand to entrust your hard-earned cash with and which dealer will give you the best service, wouldn't it be great if you could draw on the experience of hundreds – or maybe even thousands – of fellow caravanners? That's where Practical Caravan’s Owner Satisfaction Survey comes in.

Since 2012, with the help of our readers, we've published an annual survey of the best new and used caravans on sale in the UK, and rated Britain’s caravan dealership network. You tell it like it is, to help fellow caravanners buy better and inform the industry of what's hot and what's not.

Our survey is back for 2017, and for the first time we are working with our new partner The Camping and Caravanning Club, in association with our new sponsor Club Care Insurance. By joining forces, we hope to gather more responses and more data, and from that to get a better deal for the UK’s caravanning community.

But all this is nothing without you! And the more of you who give us about only 20 minutes of your time to tell us what caravan ownership is really like – the highs and the lows – the more meaningful, insightful and comprehensive our results will be.

The Owner Satisfaction Awards is the only industry scheme that’s completely based on owner feedback, including both the practicality and reliability of the tourer itself, as well as the buying experience. If you’ve bought a new or pre-owned caravan since 1 January 2013, we would love to hear from you – just click here to get started. Or turn to page 117 of the October 2016 issue of Practical Caravan magazine, cut out the page or photocopy it, fill in our survey and post it to us. You have until 16 October 2016 to get your responses in so please don’t delay!

From your feedback, we will count and analyse the results for both caravan manufacturers and suppliers, and reward the top scorers with one of our very special and much-sought-after Gold and Silver awards.

So please take a few minutes to get involved, to celebrate the best caravan manufacturers and dealers, to tell those who’ve fallen short how they can improve and to help fellow enthusiasts buy better. You never know, the next time you buy a new caravan, these results could give you the confidence you need to buy the best van for you.
