We used to have the same car as you but when we started to look for a caravan (we needed a 5 berth too) we found that our choice was very limited. We had the added complication that none of our 3 kids wanted to bed share which limited our choice even more. If you go for an older caravan you have more chance of finding one with a suitable weight but in the end we upgraded the car too (1.9 cdti Diesel Zafira) so that we could have our chosen caravan which is a Geist AK495.

A few new caravan suggestions for your Zafira to tow are Adria Altea 502 DK (1200kgs), Bailey Discovery Series 5 Neptune (1222kgs) or Lunar Zenith 5 (1217kgs).

This is a caravan finding website but it doesn't have all the makes. It's quite useful as you can put in your requirements and it gives you suggestions, shows the layouts and rough price. Might give you a few ideas as a starting point. Good luck in your search.
