Replacing window stay

Can any one tell me if the fixing on the inside of the window is glued in place as I dont want to take the screws out from the inside and the backing plate so to speak drops inside the window the previous ones I have changed had the blocks on the out side and not in the middle of the window.

Photo please

If they are like the ones on my Hymer they stay in place, they are glued / bonded to the inside of the inner pane.......

Got tinted windows so cant really see them in day light, Smile  but just for you Sprocket will try Smile

Came out better than I thought and think you are right they must be glued/bonded
