I wonder if anyone can help in regards to problems with my blow heating. I have a Truma C 603 E which appears unable to ignite on 12 volt and give me hot water or blow heating.I have plenty of gas and the leisure battery is fully charged.Every time I try to start the system the control panel red light comes on indicating a problem. The handbook suggests the cowl might be blocked, I have checked this and it appears ok, the gas feed appears fine although I have no way of checking this apart from making sure no valves are turned off. When I switch on to 230 everything appears to be normal in regards to heating the water (no blow heating on this model on 230)I have checked fuses and had a look to see if there are any obvious signs such as loose wires etc but all apperars fine.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I do not know that model but if you have the truma water heater have you removed the cover from the flu outlet outside the van? usually alongside the water inlet. if you have not the heater will not light on gas,but this is on a water heater only unit & has nothing to do with the blown heating which is a seperate unit

It would be nice and simple fix but these heaters as far as I know don''t have a cover over the flue.Truth is I''ve had so little to do with them myself, my best suggestion would be to ring Truma Technical on Monday

Thanks for your reply Tony,There is no cover on the flu, I have a feeling it might be a gas blockage or an ignition problem.
