With its dry stone walls, bushy hedgerows and view of grassy sand dunes, this members-only site really sums up the feel of Cornwall, and is one of our favourites in the club's network. What marks it out from more formal club sites is the lack of hardstandings (all pitches are on beautifully kept grass), and the use of mature hedgerows to divide the site into intimate areas. The pitches are all spacious and level, and there are plenty of tidy service points. A Co-op and local shops are close by in Hayle, while Penzance (15 minutes away) has high street shops. There is no late- or early-arrivals area, so you'll need to arrive before nightfall. Penzance and St Ives are each 10 miles away.
