TRANQUIL TOURING PARKS, the exclusively adult parks operator, is welcoming four new members to its group – taking the total number to 25.
Stroud Hill Park in Cambridgeshire, winner of the AA Campsite of the Year 2008, is open all year with fully serviced hardstanding pitches. There are luxury heated facilities, a three-acre fishing lake, coffee shop and restaurant all on site.
Trotting Mare Caravan Park in Wrexham is another year-round park, with a pub-restaurant open at weekends throughout winter. The pitches are fully serviced and hardstanding and there are four-star facilities too.
Heading west, Tyddyn Du Touring Park in Conwy, Wales, offers stunning coastal views. In fact, the sea is only 500m away, but turn around and you’re greeted with Snowdonia National Park, which adjoins the site.
Finally, York’s only five-star adult-only touring park YCP York Caravan Park is now a Tranquil Touring Parks member too. The site is just two miles from the city centre and offers hardstanding pitches, a fishing lake and picnic area.
