IT’S TIME FOR the UK’s biggest caravan show and lots of you will be planning a visit.

 

But the NEC is a big old barn, so in order to make it easier to get around the show highlights, we’ve rounded up our top 7 things to see and do.

Stealth Caravans are into their third season now, but the new Concordia models are a world away from those early models which were too niche to make much of an impression on buyers. Make sure you get to Hall 18 to have a proper look

There are new Sprites at the show. It looks great and is set to reclaim the role of king of the entry level with the sharp new bodyshell. And that’s not all from Sprite, but we can’t say any more until the morning of the show…

Singles night

Could entry-level fixed single bed tourers be the stars of the show? Two manufacturers hope so. Elddis’s new Avante 574 and Bailey’s new Pegasus II Rimini debut in Birmingham and if they are a success, Swift, Coachman and Lunar won’t be far behind with their own versions.

You’ve read about the stunning changes to the Coachman Pastiche, VIP and Laser ranges but until you see them in the flesh, you can’t appreciate just what the boys from East Hull have achieved.

AS you like it…

An all-new model from AS Caravans [tl:gallery size=211×140]is breaking cover at the show. Information is scarce at present but it is called Westminster, will be posh, plush and only for those with a big towcar. It is definitely worth a look.
