Britain’s newest caravan manufacturer Eternti Caravans is going to have one of its revolutionary tourers on display at the Manchester Show after all.

As reported by us last week, the tourers have been hit with transport problems, but managing director Phil Daniels said at Manchester he is ‘90% certain’ that the company will have a unit on display over the weekend. The company has got one of the US-built through customs and it is being moved across from the company’s Widnes HQ in time for the start of the show on Saturday.

New venue is a success

The show, which opened on Thursday, is at a new venue for 2012 adjacent to Manchester’s Trafford Centre shopping precinct. The new show venue, EventCity, has enjoyed a successful first couple of days despite traffic issues on approach roads and some small teething problems. Organisers Clarion Events has seen a huge increase in visitor numbers for the first two days compared to last year’s even at the smaller Manchester Central centre.
