New and pre-owned caravans may look great on dealer forecourts, but will they stand up to touring? Access the experience of hundreds of caravanners before buying a van, with our Owner Satisfaction Awards. It’s the only scheme based entirely on owners’ opinions, and the only one to feature pre-owned caravans and their supplying dealers.

We’re investigating which brands are best, and which are the best supplying dealers. Tell us about the caravan(s) you’ve bought since January 2008, and the supplying dealer.

We’re running the awards in association with specialist caravan insurer Coast, who are as committed to ensuring quality customer service as we are.

Whether you have spent £2000 or £40,000, we believe in telling it like it is – however uncomfortable that may be for dealers or manufacturers.

Each year we publish the league tables, showing which brands and dealers are worth their weight in gold. For anyone planning to buy their next caravan, it’s essential reading.

So whether you bought your caravan privately or from a dealer, we hope you’ll see the value of the survey, and take the time to fill it out and let us and other readers know of your experiences. It’s the only way we can influence dealers and manufacturers to improve their performance: to help us help you buy better.
