Founded in 1967 and run by the same family ever since, Blackmore Vale Leisure is based near Shaftesbury, Dorset – selling new and used tourers and related accessories.
As well as being an agent for new caravans from Swift (including Sprite) and Knaus (including Weinsberg), the company is particularly dedicated to some of the more esoteric models from these – such as the T@B, Sport&fun, Deseo, Basecamp, CaraOne, plus Adria’s Action.
The company operates its own NCC-approved workshops (National Caravan Council), while other services include towing tuition for customers who are new to caravanning or who just want to brush up on their driving techniques. Also, Blackmore can move your new caravan to a site of your choice, for example for seasonal pitching.
Blackmore Vale Leisure won its first Owner Satisfaction Award in 2018 and has been securing Gold status every other year since.
The dealer was a Gold Award winner at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2023, taking top spot in our Best new caravan supplying dealers category with an impressive score of 92.4%.
