Last week we wrote about Google’s 10p Android app sale to celebrate 10 billion downloads, now it’s Apple’s turn to give something away.
As with previous years, Apple will be running a Twelve Days of Xmas giveaway starting on 26th December, with one free download becoming available every 24 hours.
The downloads are for the iPhone, paid and iPod touch, and are all delivered via the free 12 Days of Christmas app.
In the past, the free downloads have consisted of a mix of games, music and TV programmes of varying value, but Apple doesn’t give any advance warning of what’s on offer — the only way to find out is to run the 12 Days of Christmas app each day.
