Having just replied to another post it has highlighted the need / desire to do one of those click here things.
How is that achieved?

Open up the reply box
Click on the Link symbol (round earth with chain)
Delete http://
Paste in the url of the link you are referring to
Add the text in 'Insert' eg 'see here'
move you pointer to the position in your reply where you want the text
and click on insert.
