Hi Welshti I have just experienced exactly the same thing thing. Damp in the toilet but thankfully one area being very small. Engineer found it on the service.I suggest do like I did engineers recommendation while you have it stripped down put two seals in . I had problems tracking the seals Thetford dont sell them you have to but the complete fill tube (Robbing Sods ) I did find some one to supply them in the end ,cost me two quid for the two. Hope this helps. Sir Roger

It was one of the first things I noticed after buying my first caravan and getting it home
( 2008 Elddis Odyssey , it must have been leaking from the door seal and o'ring for some time as the batterns were rotten and pictures in my other topic show the extent of the damage but its all been repaired now and I also put 2 back o'rings on it. I will also be emptying the flush before any towing.

Also another recommendation is not to fill the the flush tank to the top just add the require amount ..
