This dog-friendly site has a David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award and rabbits, buzzards, badgers, owls and pheasants are among the regular visitors. It’s also home to some rescue chickens – and four alpacas!
The idyllic setting offers an ancient woodland, a children’s play area, and chimney for hire. Facilities include a shop, shower rooms with underfloor heating, a launderette and a dishwashing room.
