Parkland is a well-maintained adults-only site in the south of Devon, providing a setting for exploring the beauty of the South Hams. Peace is prioritised at the three-acre site, with no dogs permitted.
Instead, guests can get away from it all, enjoying the beauty of a picturesque site with colourful gardens, surrounded by natural Devon hedgerows. The site has an AA Five Star Platinum rating, and has received five stars from Visit England, as well as winning Platinum Plus at the Loo of the Year Awards.

Facilities include two heated amenities blocks with large showers and baths, a laundry, a guest lounge, free Wi-Fi, and an onsite licensed shop. Guests can also make use of a mini kitchen, where a microwave, toaster, air fryer, kettle, and more can all be found.

Each pitch comes with a picnic bench, a mains drinking water point, and 16A electric hook-up. For those after a bit more luxury, deluxe pitches are also available, offering private facilities. Parkland offers glamping with ensuite or private facilities too.
From the campsite, visitors are well placed to explore the glorious vistas of the South West Coast Path; alternatively, head to the bus stop at the site’s entrance to visit the market town of Kingsbridge, the resort of Salcombe, historic Dartmouth or Totnes.
