ELDDIS HAS CONFIRMED the choices available to existing Discover Leisure customers left devastated by the news of the company going into administration last week.

Elddis were one of the manufacturers which supplied new caravans to Discover and it hsa acted to reassure customers that they have nothing to worry about in terms of parts, servicing and warranty.

Customer entitlement

A statement by Elddis explains 'Any existing Discover Leisure Customer is entitled to select their nearest approved Elddis Retailer from those available in their postcode area. The ‘Find a Retailer’ tool on the Elddis website locates the Customer’s five nearest approved Retailers and Service Centres'

The company has also said that customers wishing to talk to someone about their support requirements rather than use the website can call the Customer Service Team on 01207 699 000.

Discover Leisure went into adminstration on 14 October. Any ongoing sales issues should still be addressed to the official administrator KPMG on their dedicated hotline number: 0845 61 71 490
