NCC Events has extended its portfolio of regional shows, announcing a new event in the Midlands for next spring.

The Spring Caravan & Camping Show runs at the NEC in February 2013. It offers caravanners in the Midlands the opportunity to attend a showcase on their doorstep at the start of the season. The NEC’s easily accessible Central England location also ensures easy access from the south west, Wales and the east.

The event fits into the spring schedule after third-party events in Manchester and Glasgow, and immediately after NCC Event's Motorhome, Caravan and Camping Show at London ExCeL.

Excel ShowNew show comes straight after the event at London's ExCeL centre in mid-Feb

New show, new aims

NCC Events says the event will welcome newcomers to camping, caravanning and motorcaravanning, as well as existing enthusiasts looking to purchase new models and the latest accessories. The timing also makes it a vital event for travellers researching their summer breaks.

The show has the support of the Industry’s major manufacturers and dealers as well as both The Caravan Club and The Camping and Caravanning Club.

NCC Events Chairman, Anthony Trevelyan explains the decision. “By working closely with all areas of the industry and both Clubs, the consumers best interest are catered for; which is what exhibitions should be about.”
