The Practical Caravan Reader Rally is back for 2015 – and you can already book your place and join us for one of the best caravanning weekends of the year.

Once again we’re going to visit Devon, the Practical Caravan team decamping to Stowford Farm Meadows near Combe Martin, close to the county’s north coast, for a fun-filled few days between 1 and 4 May, the early May bank holiday weekend.

We’d love to see you there. Whether you’re a regular, die-hard Reader Rally fan or if 2015 will be your first taste of the action, it’s a great weekend packed full of fun and games, not to mention an excellent opportunity to meet plenty of like-minded caravanners.

Why not book now? For the bargain price of just £48 per pitch for three nights, call Stowford Farm Meadows today on 01271 882476. And if you want to extend your stay, Stowford has a special rate for those attending the Reader Rally.

So, what have we in store for you this year? You’ll be pleased to hear that we have plenty to keep everyone of all ages entertained and sustained across the four days, including live entertainment, a quiz night with some exciting prizes to be won, a barbecue on the Saturday and something that’s always very popular, afternoon tea on the Sunday.

In addition, our ever-popular dog show is back for 2015. With lots of categories and some top prizes to be won, if you think your four-legged friend is the cream of the crop, you won’t want to miss this. We always get a good turnout with a wide variety of dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds. It’s a lot of fun – so get your dog ready and start practising your top tricks today! Stowford Farm Meadows is a very dog friendly campsite, so you and your canine companions will enjoy a very warm welcome.

And, of course, the Practical Caravan team will be on hand to keep you going all weekend with free teas and coffees.

Whatever the weather, there are lots of things to do at Stowford Farm Meadows across the Practical Caravan Reader Rally weekend. There’s a bar and restaurant, a children’s play area, a 22-metre heated indoor swimming pool and a shop. Rather more unusually, there’s also a horse riding centre, a popular petting farm, a woodland walk and a pitch and putt course.

Outside this extensive campsite which enjoys fabulous views of the surrounding countryside, you’ll find much to keep you entertained too, if you fancy having a break with just you and your family over the Reader Rally weekend. Take in the views along the north Devon coast, explore the wilds of the Exmoor National Park, visit Ilfracombe or Woolacombe (both about a 15-minute drive away), or head 20 minutes south to Barnstaple.

Whether you’re kicking off your 2015 caravan holidays with us or you’ve already got plans for earlier in the year, we’d love to see you at Stowford Farm Meadows this May for the 2015 Practical Caravan Reader Rally.
