Take your first look inside the 2017 Swift Challenger 645 with us on Practical Caravan TV. It’s a twin-axle tourer with a transverse island bed/end washroom layout. But before we get to that, there’s the red-and-grey-toned lounge to enjoy, that’s flooded with light from the large sunroof.

This Swift caravan has a top-spec kitchen with a separate oven and grill, a dual fuel hob, a microwave, a Dometic tower refrigerator and a snazzy illuminated splashback.

But the main appeal of this caravan is that master suite. See its great dressing table, that island bed that extends to over 6ft long and the end washroom, only this week on Practical Caravan TV

You’ll find us on the Showcase TV channel, which is on Sky 212, Freesat 161 and Freeview 254 (you will need a smart TV for the latter). Or you can watch our live stream

Next, we’re finding out what tow car ability the new Jeep Renegade has. We’re testing the 140PS diesel-engined variant with an automatic gearbox and four-wheel drive.

On tow it has a decent turn of pace, although the engine is quite noisy when pushed. However, it feels stable at motorway speeds and performed well in our lane-change test.

Watch our Jeep Renegade review on Practical Caravan TV to see if its interior and cabin space will work for you and your loved ones on tour.

From a colourful tow car to an eye-catching caravan – you don’t want to miss our Compass Camino 660 review. It’s another twin-axle van but this time, it’s blue!

It also stands out as it boasts 2017’s hottest layout, with a central washroom and a rear island bed. However, this doesn’t compromise space in the lounge or the well-equipped kitchen.

Check out the 660’s smart, split central washroom and private, domestic-feeling rear bedroom in this week’s TV show. Tune in on Sky 212, Freesat 161 or Freeview 254, or catch our live stream.

Our third twin-axle caravan is the 2017 Elddis Avanté 866. It’s a six-berth tourer built with families in mind, with fixed bunks, bags of storage and Aquaclean upholstery that can be sponge-cleaned.

Being 8ft wide, the Elddis Avanté 866 has a great sense of space and the kitchen really benefits from this. It is the heart of this family caravan – do not miss it.

Finally, we’re in Cheshire, dropping in at Elm Cottage Touring Park. A star of Practical Caravan’s Top 100 Sites Guide 2016, it has 35 touring pitches and is open all year round.

It’s a tidy, well-kept site that even has a pub nearby. Want to venture further afield? This site is perfectly placed to visit Chester. Find out more and see it for yourself this week on Practical Caravan TV.

Watch on Freesat 161, Sky 212 or Freeview 254, or online – we hope you enjoy the show.
