Nagonic Design Solar Lander at NEC Show

Nagonic Design Solar Lander

Solar panels are a great way to save energy and money, but once you’ve set them up it’s important that you keep them facing the direction of the sun, in order to make the most of the rays.

Solar Lander, by Nagonic Design, has a low-energy motor that allows it to turn at the same pace as the earth, meaning you’ll get the maximum amount of energy possible – Nagonic claims that it can give you up to 40% more power. It’s collapsible for easy storage, too.

Fire Stick at the NEC Show

Fire Safety Stick

It’s crucial to keep some form of fire extinguisher on board your caravan, so you can act quickly in the event of an emergency.

The Fire Safety Stick may be compact – and it weighs just 215g – but it’s certainly powerful: it has a 50-second discharge time, more than five times that of many traditional extinguishers. It also has a 15-year lifespan and requires no annual servicing; it’s also CE/UKCA marked, and is suitable for all major classes of fire.

Cadac Pro Deluxe QR at the NEC Show

Cadac Pro Deluxe QR

Cadac’s line up of caravan barbecues and accessories is very popular, and with good reason – we’ve found them to be cleverly designed and well made. Cadac has launched a host of products at the show, including the 2 Cook 3, Carri Chef 40 and the E Braai 40 FS, as well as a range of new accessories.

We like the 2 Cook 2 range, which is ideal if you’re looking for either an alfresco cooking surface, or something to supplement your caravan’s existing facilities – the Pro Deluxe QR model  features two burners and a pair of cooking plates, pot stands, a storage bag and more.

Oyster 70 TV aerial

Oyster 70

If you’re looking for a satellite dish for your caravan, it’s worth investing in a quality unit which should provide you with great service for years to come. Oyster dishes have a good reputation, and the latest to join the line-up is the Oyster 70, which is new for 2023.

It features a high reception capacity and should offer optimal signal reception when you’re pitched up onsite. Handily, it also folds down neatly to add just 17.5cm to the height of your unit.

Six Exipegs at the NEC Show

Ezipeg

We’ve all been there – trying to peg in an awning when pitched up onsite, only to find the ground too solid. It can result in bent, damaged pegs, and lots of frustration too!

That’s where Ezipeg comes in – they’re light but extremely strong, and the clever design of the medium sized pegs means that they’re suitable for all types of ground. When you’re ready to go, you simply unscrew them from the ground – simple!

Ezipeg offers other products including pet-tethering stakes, tools, bags and more.

  • Price: £15 for 12 medium-sized pegs (show price)
  • See it at: The Ezipeg stand (3212, Hall 3)
