If and when we are allowed to get our leisure engines revving, point your vehicle’s nose towards Oxfordshire. The spectacular Blenheim Palace has announced its 2021 events programme, starting with the elegant work of Cecil Beaton in a photography exhibition running from 1 May to 1 August.

May also sees the return of the Summer Jaguar Festival on the 16th, marking 60 years of the British car brand with 1500 Jaguar cars on display. June’s Nocturne Live, a series of summer concerts, will this year include David Gray, Simple Minds, Deacon Blue, Lionel Richie, Macy Gray and UB40. Tickets are on sale now at nocturnelive.com.

July (3-4) sees the launch of a new show Paws at the Palace, from All About Dogs – the UK’s largest festival devoted to dogs and their owners, and on the 11th is the Rally of the Giants featuring American cars, trucks and military vehicles. The Blenheim Palace Food Festival take place 20 – 22 August, while September (11-12) rounds off the season with the Blenheim Palace Triathlon.
