Many of us will have booked or be planning a trip away over the next month or two, seizing the chance to jump in our vans and head for a stay at one of the country’s best caravan parks.
Research conducted by a YouGov poll earlier this year revealed more than half of us (53%) are set to go on holiday or travel over the summer months, with one in four (24%) embarking on a trip around the UK.
As a result, it’s perhaps not surprising to see the 10 holiday terms that are being searched for on the Readly app during summer 2022.
The app reported that the number one term to be searched for is ‘caravan’, with ‘camping’ also finishing in third.
It’s interesting to see the destinations people are thinking of visiting too. The most searched for place proved to be Cornwall, with the picturesque coast and stunning views proving a winning combination. Wales and Scotland also made it onto the list, coming in sixth and eighth respectively.
