Have your say in our Owner Satisfaction Survey 2023

The Owner Satisfaction Awards 2023 are to be organised by Practical Caravan with The Camping and Caravanning Club for the sixth year in a row – and we need your help!

We know what an important purchase a caravan is. When you’re looking to buy a new tourer, you want to know you’re buying the best caravan possible. After all, it will play a big part in your on tour experience in the years to come, so you want to make sure you get your purchase right. That’s where our Owner Satisfaction Awards come in.

What are the Owner Satisfaction Awards?

Since launching in 2004, our Owner Satisfaction Awards is the only industry scheme to be based solely on owner feedback, taking into account the reliability of the caravan, as well as its practicality.

The awards play a key part in allowing the caravan-buying public to provide their own feedback on their experiences.

If you’ve purchased a new or used caravan since 1 January 2019, and have owned it for at least three months, we want to hear from you! Simply tell us how you were treated when you purchased the van, how it’s behaved, and whether or not you would buy from the dealership again.

As a thank you, everyone who completes our survey will then be in with a chance of winning a seven-night stay at a Camping and Caravanning Club site of their choice, while there will also be two additional prizes available of a three-night stay at a Camping and Caravanning Club site of their choosing.
