The final model in Swift’s new luxury eight-foot wide range, the ultimate in luxury towing outfits and a large selection of dealer specials are just some of the interesting things you can expect to see at the Motorhome and Caravan Show this week.

Swift’s new Elegance Grande 655 includes an unusual wall bed that drops down at the rear end of the very large L-shaped front lounge. The 7.98m-long vehicle also has two fixed bunks towards the rear on the nearside opposite the kitchen, and a large end washroom. See it in Hall 6.

The Elegance Grande is the only new model from a manufacturer on display at the show, which runs at the NEC until the end of the week. But the event is also one of the first opportunities you may have to see the new eight-foot-wide Pegasus Grande models from Bailey in Hall 19.

You can also see new dealer specials from 10 different dealers. Raymond James Caravans on stand 18.12, for example, is including a TV as one of the extras you can expect to see fitted if you go for one of its Osprey, Avocet or Panther dealer special models.

Other dealer special ranges are available to view at Lowdhams, Couplands, Grantham and Preston Caravans in Hall 6, Wandahome (Knottingley) and Glossop Caravans in Hall 19, Wandahome (South Cave), Kimberley and Campbells in Hall 18, and Robinsons in Hall 17.

In Hall 17 you will also find a full line-up of awnings suppliers, while in Hall 12, at the very other end of the NEC, there is a full accessory section.

Finally, if you fancy a bit of dreaming, in the corner of Hall 12 you will also find what could be the ultimate fantasy towing outfit – an Airstream caravan towed by a £217,000 Lamborghini Urus, with a 1,000bhp 4.2-litre V8 engine. Oh, to have the money!
