As we rapidly approach the start of the Practical Caravan Awards 2025 (2-8 December), in association with The Insurance Emporium, we’re excited to be sharing the categories we’re judging this year.
Each year, our experts come together to pick out the very standout vans on the market for the upcoming season of touring, with the aim of making your buying process as easy as possible if you’re planning on buying a new caravan. We then compile a shortlist for each category, taking into account the pros and cons of each van, before whittling it down to our final list and picking our winners. To qualify, the models must be brand new or substantially revised for the 2025 season too.
The Awards cover a wide range of types of caravans, so no matter which van you’re thinking of buying, there’s bound to be a model that suits you.
For the Practical Caravan Awards 2025, we’ve made some changes to our tow car categories and are also introducing a brand new category – all is revealed below…
