If budgets are tight, really tight, then the Tesco Value Folding Chair is a great buy. As a package, the chair is small and light, making it easy to carry out on excursion on foot or as a load in the van. It is extremely simple to erect and even easier to put away – perfect for those unexpected dinner guests.

Unfortunately, that is where the Tesco chair performs best. At the table it is a suitable stand-in, but comfortable it is not. Also, its low seating position is hard on the knees when seating.
