Buying this chair on its own doesn’t make sense in more ways than one. Apart from the current offer, for £18 this chair can’t match the cheaper chairs on test. Its materials feel cheaper to sit on and the base is unstable on anything but flat ground. What the chair does offer, however, is a slim folding package and a netted drinks holder, but this is nothing the cheaper chairs don’t offer too. If bought for £10 apiece, though, these problems seem less important, as this armchair's small dimensions and weight could justify keeping a couple in the van.
