Outwell’s Folding Summer Hammock is an impressive bit of kit, which needs a bag 121cm long to contain its 17kg bulk. Like all the hammocks on test, using it for anything expect lazing in the sun is not an option but you can rest assured you’ll be having one of the comfiest experiences available today.

Overview

Outwell’s Folding Summer Hammock is an impressive bit of kit, which needs a bag 121cm long to contain its 17kg bulk. Like all the hammocks on test, using it for anything expect lazing in the sun is not an option but you can rest assured you’ll be having one of the comfiest experiences available today.

That experience comes at a price, but the quality of the steel frame and hammock fabric makes this a real investment. More problems lie with fitting it in the van and making sure loads weights are correct, but if your van is big enough and you want the best in comfort, this is it.
