This nifty little mains-powered multi-tool has been repackaged to include a larger range of accessories. Most of these are geared towards sanding, grinding and polishing. It is ideally suited for model-making but for delicate work or where access is a problem, it is very useful too. For cutting slots in rusty awning rail screws or speedily removing the paint from a new towball, it is ideal.

It comes in an attractive zipped container so is easy to store. The very basic instructions or lack of identification of the many optional accessories are the worst aspect of the Dremel, but it does work well. It is considerably cheaper than the cordless version too.
