You’ll really feel as though you’re in the heart of the countryside here at Swiss Farm, but the attractions of this beautiful part of Oxfordshire really are within easy reach. And it’s just a short walk from popular Henley-on-Thames, where you can visit the fantastic shops and restaurants, as well as the annual regatta.

Back at the site, you’ll find a number of self-catering holiday caravans for hire; they sleep up to six occupants (with a maximum of four adults). There’s a well-equipped glamping pod, too. The touring pitches, meanwhile, are set in nicely landscaped areas that offer a good degree of privacy.

Here's what you said when voting for the Top 100 Sites Guide 2016:

“From the first second I walked into the reception, I have never felt such a warm welcome from the owners of a touring site. The fully serviced pitch was spacious and convenient for all our waste and water connections. A gorgeous wisteria tree sheltered the washing-up area. We will be back, even for a quick one-night stay.”

“On check-in, the people were helpful. It was our first time camping and we weren’t made to feel like novices! The place is clean, the food tasty and it’s in a great location.”

“Swiss Farm was a very well-organised site; it is clean, tidy and, to top it all off, well laid-out.”
