The touring pitches at Hidden Valley are separated into two areas, each quite distinct: Otter’s Creek features mostly hardstandings, while Kingfisher Meadow is primarily grass and ideal for those staying in a tent. A small stream runs alongside the latter, which is perfect for paddling on a warm day.
Facilities elsewhere on the campsite include a licensed shop, a restaurant and a reception area with lots of local information. You can even pre-order a grocery pack featuring essentials for £33, ready for your arrival.
If you’d prefer to leave your vehicle on site when getting out and about to explore, you’re sure to appreciate the local bus service: there are stops right outside the park entrance, from where you can take public transport to towns such as Ilfracombe, Barnstaple and many more besides.

“This is a friendly, family-run site: nothing is too much trouble for them, and the team will always go out of their way to help you. If they are unable to solve your problem, they will find someone who can.”
