I've sometimes seen comments from forum members who state that they have difficulty in adding URL's (links) from other websites to the forum message boards so here's a step by step guide on how to do it.
First go to the website page that you want to share on the forum and copy the URL (uniform resource locator, in other words, the address) from your browser address bar by holding down the left mouse button and dragging across to highlight the text and then right click to choose Copy from the box.

Go to the reply box on the PCv forum message board and in the comment box type the text that you want to use e.g. Click Here.
Click on the circular 'globe and chain' icon 5th from the top of the forum comment box 5th from the right.

Paste your url into the link box (right click, select Paste) after deletin the http// that is already
Click Enter, add any further text to your comment then click Save
