Skegness has a clean, sandy beach, family-friendly entertainment and much more
Things To Do
Visit the Natureland Seal Sanctuary during your caravan holidays in Skegness – and there’s much more than just seals. See meerkats, butterflies and penguins as well.
Get away from the hustle and bustle of the town, and enjoy a stunning stretch of unspoilt coastline on a trip to Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve. Go bird-spotting, take a walk, head to the visitor centre or refuel at the café.
Caravan holidays in Skegness are synonymous with the fun of the fair, so why not take the time and visit Bottons Pleasure Beach. Maybe it is a little bit of a cliché, but it will also be a huge amount of fun for children of all ages.
Catch a show or even have a dance at the Embassy Theatre – one activity that won’t depend on the sun shining!
A walk up Skegness Pier will complete your trip to this famous destination during caravan holidays in Lincolnshire. There’s plenty to do, whether traditional arcade games or bowling take your fancy, but you can also just grab a drink and a bite to eat while you take in the view – or watch the wind turbines turn.
Getting There
Two A-roads serve the town of Skegness, the A52 coming from the south west, the A158 from the west/north west. And, of course, remember to leave extra time for your journey, particularly in the main holiday season, as roads can get congested with holidaymakers and day trippers eager for some time beside the seaside.
