A well-deserved win for this lovely family-run site in the beautiful village of Ingleton, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The park has camping, glamping pods and touring pitches, five of which are fully serviced and hardstanding. More so, facilities at the site include modern shower rooms, a play area for children, a tuck shop, plus a 200m dog-walk and dog-wash for your pooches.

Be sure to visit the charming Fairy Dell, where you can wander through the trees to spot secret doors and hidden fairies.

This is the perfect place to enjoy the star-filled night sky. For instance, fire pits and barbecues are available for hie. Moreover, this year the park has introduced locally sourced farm produce for its delicious barbecue and breakfast packs, to go alongside its popular fire starter packs.

Out and about, you could climb the Yorkshire Three Peaks, or explore the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail (a five-mile hike up stone steps, through forest paths, over bridges and past six stunning waterfalls). Plus, you can take on what feels like an infinite number of walking routes in the Forest of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales.

Nearby Ingleton has plenty of bars and restaurants to accommodate all tastes, including traditional pub grub at The Wheatsheaf.
