A perennial favourite with visitors to this part of North East Scotland, Myrus once again comes out as Scotland’s Regional Winner in 2022, having picked up the accolade in 2019 and 2021.

Within walking distance of the coastal towns of Macduff and Banff it has much to recommend it, not least its spacious pitches – all with 16 amp electric hook-up and the majority having satellite TV hook-up – and a secluded woodland location.

There are superb facilities throughout, including a heated toilet block with a disabled suite and a fully equipped laundry. Fresh bread and newspapers are delivered daily, moreover there is a store within ten minutes walk. A number of static holiday caravans are also available for hire.

There is a wide range of things to do in the area – everything form sealife cruises on the Moray Firth (with the chance to see whales and dolphins), golf at Duff House Royal and Royal Tarlair and miles of coastal trails, beaches and rocky coves to explore.
