Smithy Caravan Park is a sister site to numerous other Top 100 Sites Guide parks, including Arrow Bank and Poston Mill. All offer guests an impressive level of high-quality facilities, and a warm welcome.
The Montgomeryshire Canal runs right alongside Smithy, and walking or cycling along its towpath is a wonderful way to pass an afternoon – as, of course, is a spot of fishing!
There are 26 touring pitches here, with tourers getting designated hardstandings. Those with a tent will set up camp on grass. All pitches have 16A electric hook-up.
The washrooms are meticulously maintained and heated, while the Abermule pub is very close by, where you can get good food and drink.
