EHG UK PRODUCES four brands of caravan, catering for every market; but for the 2021 season, most of the attention has been towards the upper end of its offering.

Let’s start with the Buccaneers – all twin-axle, 8ft wide, and with self0levelling systems included as standard. The range is expanded this year with the Bermuda, a new rear-transverse-bed layout, this time with a central washroom that really gives you the feeling of two separate rooms in one van. You get the same L-shaped front lounge, with a large area for a TV, as in the Barracuda, although in the Bermuda, the TV wall is on the nearside.

The new Bermuda, with rear transverse-bed layout, is added to the Buccaneer range

In the two most upmarket ranges within Elddis and Compass, there are new models that match the Barracuda’s lounge layout. The Elddis Crusader Borealis and Compass Camino 650 also provide the Barracuda’s rear in-line island bed. but only have a conventional width.

All EHG UK models with transverse island beds now have improved access around the bottom of the bed.

The company’s entry-level Explore brand remains relatively unchanged.
