While the Vango Del Mar and Vango Malibu represent great value for money considering the quality of build, the Outwell Cross Chair initially feels a little flimsy to the touch. Its fabrics aren’t as well padded or structured as these other seats, which you’d expect from the higher price tag.

Where the Cross chair excels is in terms of stability. It seems those extra pounds have been spent on making the base structure of the chair as durable as possible, making getting up and down easier and sitting with a drink safer.
