THE KIA STAND should be busy at the Paris motor show, with two new models making their world debut.

MPV buyers will welcome the arrival of the new Kia Carens. The seven-seater is completely new from the ground up, promising improved practicality and greater design flair.

Kia is also showing the new Pro Cee’d, the three-door version of its small hatchback.

The facelifted Sorento may have been seen before but Paris marks its European debut. It doesn’t look radically different from the current car but the Sorento is now based on the same platform as the excellent new Hyundai Santa Fe. Self-levelling will be standard on all but the entry-level ‘1’ spec when the revised car arrives in the UK later this year.
