Your caravan is your opportunity to escape for a weekend, to take big adventures or simply to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends over dinner. So getting the purchase right to avoid your caravan spending more time in the service centre than pitched at a campsite, is all-important.

That’s why we launched our Owner Satisfaction Awards in 2012 – to help you and other caravan owners buy with confidence. And, since the launch, the Awards have got bigger and better every year.

Your chance to influence the industry

Manufacturers and dealerships take the Owner Satisfaction Awards very seriously. It allows them to evaluate and improve products and services, meaning that, ultimately, we all receive better caravans and the best possible service.

But we can’t do it without you – so please help us make the 2020 Awards the best yet! If you’ve purchased a new or used caravan since 1st January 2016, we’d love you to take part.

We want to find out who you think the best manufacturer of new caravans is, which caravans fare best over time and which dealership provides the best service – not just when you purchase, but after sales care, too.

Tell it how it is

Did you buy new or used? How were you treated during the purchase? Have you ever had any issues with your caravan since? And were you satisfied with any repairs your caravan may have had and the service you received?

This is your opportunity to reward those that do things well – or name and shame those that ‘could do better’!
