For weight reasons, caravans do not usually come with their own inbuilt steps, meaning there will always be quite a step up from the ground to get inside your tourer. This is where having a set of the best caravan steps can make a real difference to your touring experience.
Caravans do, of course, give you all the freedom you need to travel where you want to go, but they need proper clearance to be able to do that. There needs to be quite a clearance between the bottom of the car and the road.
