Adria Adora review

First, Practical Caravan’s Editor Niall Hampton brings you his Adria Adora 612 DL Seine review.

It’s a fixed-twin-single-bed four-berth with Alde heating, an end washroom and an understated elegance both inside and out.

The lounge might be a modestly proportioned, but the kitchen is stylish and spacious, and kitted out to suit British buyers.

Take a look at this attractive van, then stay tuned to see a review of a tow car that could be the Adria’s perfect partner.

Land Rover Discovery tow car test

We all know what tow car ability the impressive Land Rover Discovery has – can the newest version meet expectations?

We’re testing the seven-seat Disco 5 in Td6 HSE Luxury trim.

This has a seriously torquey engine, great news for caravanners, plus it is comfy, stable and composed – and check out the Advance Tow Assist system!

In fact, earlier this year, we crowned this the winner at our Tow Car Awards, so find out what makes it so amazing.

Here come the Swifts!

After the break, we’ve a pair of Swift caravans.

We start with the 2018 Swift Eccles 590, a six-berth with an MTPLM of 1620kg – and you might be surprised by the size of its washroom.

There’s a front make-up double with fixed bunks at the rear, opposite a dinette that can make up into another pair of bunks – perfect for large families on tour.

Then the two-berth Swift Challenger 480 steps into the limelight, the only model in the 2018 Challenger range that receives a significant update.

It’s far bigger than before, meaning space inside is more generous – and, layout-wise, you get a front lounge that makes up into a double, a central kitchen and an end washroom.

So don’t miss the final show in series four of Practical Caravan TV. Catch us on Sky 212, Freesat 161 or online.

Thanks for watching!
