It’s the time of the year when the many makes of caravans have been releasing their new and updated vans for the upcoming season – which means we’re approaching the Practical Caravan Awards 2025, held in association with The Insurance Emporium!
Each year, the awards see our expert judging panel come together to pick the very standout models on the market, covering a wide range of categories. Whether you’re after a compact tourer, want a family van, or are after a caravan for a seasonal pitch, the Practical Caravan Awards 2025 will help you choose the new van that best suits your needs.
To feature on our shortlist, every caravan will be new or be substantially revised for the 2025 touring season.
Of course, an important part of caravanning will be ensuring you have a sensible car/caravan match, and with that in mind, there will also be towing vehicle categories to help you choose the right car. As well as that, we’re helping you select the right accessories and gadgets to take on tour with you by sharing our standout picks on the market.
When we’re choosing the models that make our shortlist, we’ve focused on the things that matter to caravanners. After we’ve drawn up our lists, our judging panel – with decades of experience between us – compare notes and score entries, to leave us in a position to select the best in each category.
The results will be announced during our special online Awards week, which will be running from 2-8 December 2024. In the coming weeks we will be releasing our full list of categories – so stay tuned for that.
