But they got me thinking. Most of the images, although beautifully framed and composed, are the result of being in the right place at the right time to catch that spectacular wave crashing against the sea wall, or the early morning mist rising above the fields. In short, the sorts of places caravanners would naturally find themselves when enjoying a break in our green countryside.

Do you take photos? Of course you do…

Have any of you out there been lucky enough to capture nature at it’s most striking? If you have, we would love to see some of your pictures. Email your (low resolution) digital images to me.

If we get enough images and decide to make it a feature in the magazine, we will be in touch about how to send us higher resolution pics that are suitable for printing in the magazine. We might even find a prize for the best one!

We are sure that there are loads of talented photographers out there in Blighty just itching to show their pics to a wider audience. So don’t be shy, have a dig through your albums and show us what you can do!

We have put a few examples of some of our efforts below, in order to give you a bit of inspiration…

…maybe a cloud formation of breathtaking beauty…

…or a random arrangement of rigid rooftops!
