Shropshire based Love2Stay has announced a new Safe Stay initiative to deliver a high standard of cleanliness and disinfection at their premier touring caravan and glamping site. Guests will enjoy an even cleaner and safer stay from check-in to check-out.

The initiative will create a focus on cleanliness that will be visible to guests throughout their entire stay – on their caravan pitches, in their glamping lodges, in communal shower blocks, in fitness rooms and in other public spaces throughout the resort.

Safe Stay was developed to meet evolving consumer expectations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research indicates that consumers have heightened concerns regarding hygiene on their journey, and trust in cleanliness standards will be critical to restarting travel.

“Our first priority has always been the safety of our guests and team members,” said Chris Skitt, Love2Stay Park Manager. “Safe Stay builds on the best practices and protocols we’ve developed over the last couple of months since our shutdown in March, allowing our guests to relax and focus on enjoying the unforgettable experiences we have to offer – while protecting our team members who are on the front lines of hospitality.”

While full details for the program are still in development, Love2Stay has undertaken a thorough research assessment of all points of guest contact, to focus on integrated advanced hygiene practices at over 18 key touchpoints, from the automatic rising arm barrier through to the shower block and swimming pool.

Throughout the new cleaning process, Love2Stay team members will be provided with personal protective equipment and enhanced training designed to protect their well-being.
