The results of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2024 were announced on Thursday evening (7th December).

The Owner Satisfaction Awards allow us to pick out the standout makes of caravan and the leading dealers. To do so, we ask the readers of Practical Caravan and members of The Camping and Caravanning Club to let us know how they got on when buying a caravan, whether it was a new or pre-owned model.

This is the seventh time we have held the Owner Satisfaction Awards in partnership with The Camping and Caravanning Club, and this year, we received 4,660 votes, giving us a comprehensive set of data.

You’ll be able to find more about the results in the upcoming issue of Practical Caravan, on sale 28th December, where we explain the scoring process.
