The results of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025, held in conjunction with the Camping and Caravanning Club, have been revealed today (18th February).
Using this data allows us to reveal the best makes of caravans and dealers, as well as get an insight into the current condition of the market, as readers of Practical Caravan and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club vote to tell us how they have got on when buying a caravan, whether it’s new or used.
The in-depth survey sees respondents complete a detailed questionnaire, where they vote to let us know how every aspect of buying and owning the caravan has gone, from the first contact with the dealer to the practicalities of using the tourer. This year, we had 2421 completed surveys, a decrease from last year’s 4,660 but reflective of the slow couple of years the caravan market has had. However, despite this, it still represents a total spend of more than £58 million.
In each category, we have an overall winner, but to recognise the talent in the industry we also have other Gold and Silver Award winners too. To win a Gold Award, a score of 80% or more is required, while a score of between 70% to 80% wins a Silver Award.
