Coachman has been named the Best Manufacturer: Pre-Owned Caravans at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards see readers of Practical Caravan and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club vote to let us know how they have got on with their tourers, whether new or pre-owned. The results give us a valuable insight into the current condition of the market, as well as highlighting the best caravan manufacturers and the dealers who are going above and beyond to provide a standout service.
There were four Gold Award winners in the category this year, with Coachman taking top spot thanks to an impressive score of 83%, beating second-placed Bailey’s total of 81%, as well as Swift Group and Lunar’s scores of 80.8% and 80.5% respectively. Elddis/Erwin Hymer Group took a Silver Award with a score of 78.50%.
Coachman has enjoyed a successful showing at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025 – as well as winning the Best Manufacturer: Pre-Owned Caravans category, the maker added a Gold Medal and second-placed finish in the Best Manufacturer: New Caravans category, as well as achieving the ultimate accolade of winning the title of Best Caravan Manufacturer.
This followed on from a successful showing at the Practical Caravan Awards 2025, where the manufacturer won two categories, thanks to the Coachman Lusso III and the Acadia 675 Xtra, as well as being shortlisted for a further two.
